  1. Bullet       Treatment Resistant Major Depression

  2. BulletDiagnosed with Major Depression by DSM - IV criteria, Currently no other Axis I diagnosis.

  3. BulletMust have been on at least one treatment of Anti-depressants

  4. BulletLatest episode for at least 4 weeks but not longer than 1 year

  5. BulletMale or Female Age 18-60

  6. BulletNo Drug Abuse or Dependance

  7. BulletMedically stable

  1. Bullet       Refractory Depression

  2. BulletThis Study uses a new procedure to help identify FDA approved medication to help treat your Depression - No Placebo is involved.  BRS is the only site in the Greater Los Angeles area that is currently conducting this trial and using this procedure.   3. BulletCurrently Depressed for at least on month with a previous Episode of Depression

  4. BulletFailed at least 1 different anti-depressants (An adequate length is at least 4 weeks)

  5. BulletMale or Female Age 18-65

  6. BulletNo Drug Abuse or Dependance

  7. BulletMedically stable

  1. Bullet       Insomnia with or without Diabetes II - Sleep Maintenance

  2. BulletMeet criteria for Insomnia by DSM - IV, Currently no other Axis I diagnosis

  3. BulletHaving Sleep maintenance problems (Waking up in the middle of the night)

  4. BulletHave difficulty falling back asleep

  5. BulletMale or Female Age 18-65

  6. BulletNo Drug Abuse or Dependance

  7. BulletMedically stable

  2. BulletDiagnosed with Schizophrenia - Currently no other Axis I diagnosis

  3. BulletCurrently having symptoms to qualify through rating scales

  4. BulletMale or Female Age 18-65

All subjects must be able to read and understand english as deemed by BRS Investigators judgment.

  2. BulletAble to Stay overnight in a clinic setting

  3. BulletCurrently on Seroquel

  4. BulletMale or Female Age 18-65

  5. BulletNo Drug Abuse or Dependance
