Behavioral Research Specialists works with several major Pharmaceutical companies as well as various Clinical Research Organizations. Data Capture
BRS is very competent in using all forms of Case Report Forms, including Electronic Data Capture. Our staff has been trained in at least 4 different online EDC programs.
Onsite Equipment
BRS maintains an ECG machine, EEG machine, adequate medical equipment and supplies. Phlebotomy is conducted on site as well as at Quest laboratories in the same building. BRS is conveniently located on the same campus as Glendale Memorial Hospital and in the same building as the Cancer Center for access to various Hospital equipment.
Studies
BRS conducts studies in CNS. We conduct inpatient and outpatient trials with access to a sleep lab for PSG studies.
Contracts
BRS can finalize contracts within a week if necessary. We are not an SMO, so we do not have to deal with several departments. We negotiate our own contracts in a very timely manner.
IRB
For ease of approval process, BRS uses central IRB’s selected by Sponsoring companies. BRS also arranges inpatient studies by utilizing Central IRB’s and obtaining waivers from the Hospital IRB.
